Simple and Light Hot Chocolate! 3 Ways!
I love, love, love Hot Chocolate! White Hot chocolate, Mint Hot Chocolate, Hazelnut, Almond....I'll take it all! That is why I felt the need to make these lighter Hot chocolate recipes I could feel good about drinking everyday if I want too. I made it three different ways and loved them all, but I did have a favorite and I will let you know which one. One has only truvia as the sweetener, one has sugar, and one has truvia and sugar. There are three different flavors shown in the picture: Mint, Almond Joy, and Almond! I added how to make the flavors at the bottom! I also added in Further Foods Collagen Protein into the hot chocolate to get my protein in at the same time! The Collagen Protein has no taste and stirred into the hot chocolate very easily. It is a great supplement to help with hair, skin, nails, joints, bone strength and muscle recovery to name a few! So, this is pretty much a protein shake that tastes like a treat! I made all of these with 1% milk to give it enough creaminess and to add protein but I'm sure it will taste great with nut or coconut milks as well! I will let you know when I try it!
Here are all of the different options! you can decide which would work for you best depending your calorie intake and sugar limitations! They are all delicious!
